End of School Year Wrap Up

We cannot believe that another school year and year of workshops has flown by! So many memories, connections and photos have made this year one to remember. 

The end of the school year is an exciting time for everyone; students, parents, teachers and us here at Focus on Nature as summer vacation is here and the fun and beauty of summer is ready for everyone. This time of year allows for reflection of what has been learned over the school year and for the realization that time is truly precious. Not to mention, the summer weather is beautiful and nature is truly at its prime for picture taking!

The 2022- 2023 school year allowed us to conduct 325 workshops, reaching over 7000 students. All of us at Focus on Nature are extremely proud of these numbers and are thankful for all parents, teachers, school boards and students that made it possible. We hope to continue to grow in different areas to connect even more children with nature! 

As we look over all the student photos that were captured this past school year, we are continuously blown away by the talent of the students demonstrated while taking photos in nature. Our goal is to connect children with nature, and we feel that this school year was super successful in doing just that. 

A few more workshops are still taking place during the last final days of the school year, and we are grateful that we have been invited to be a part of the end of year excitement that occurs during the late days of June.

Finally, we want to again thank our workshop instructors, parents, students, teachers, school boards and those behind the scenes at Focus on Nature for such an incredible year. The attitudes, creativity, inspiration and photos the students took make Focus on Nature the organization that it is!
